2nd installment of #sixmonthsofcakes with a group of talented bakers hosted by lovely @chahrazadscuisine @sweets_by_joana @sashacakeschicago. The theme is “Not So Red Valentine”. Be sure to check out the hashtag #sixmonthofcakes. Can Valentine’s Day be a celebration of 💗 and support of all kinds? Like these monster bff’s will always have each other’s backs. It is rare that I fill my macarons, but I’m actually giving these to a friend. The filling is strawberry Swiss meringue buttercream to match the @pockyusa stick flavor. I did eat one for quality assurance 🤣. I usually don’t eat my decorated macarons, but I was curious what it tasted like with a Pocky stick. The verdict….”it’s delicious!”
