Danielle Kroll had always known she wanted to something creative. “I thought I wanted to be an interior designer because I loved playing THE SIMS so much,” she joked in an interview with Red Cap Cards. “I started painting in the 5th grade when I won private acrylic lessons with a local artist.”

Hello it’s me! Here to share a bit about my life lately. After almost 6 years of living in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, I’ve moved upstate to the Catskills 🌄 When I first moved to New York City I was just a little dreamer. I moved there because it felt right, which is how I make all my important decisions. I’m a sensitive person and living in the City was… difficult! At times it made me feel like the loneliest little speck. But it also gifted me with a lot. To all the wonderful people I met in New York, I don’t think you know how much you mean to me! I would have shriveled up and flatlined if it wasn’t for all the support and friendship I found. I can’t believe how lucky I was to find creative communities that helped me grow as an artist and as a human. Please keep in touch and visit me and the trees Upstate! *picture by @jkhoroshilov for @cestlulu_nyc *
