Stephanie Hockersmith\u2019s love for books knows no bounds, and she came up with a special and pretty delicious way to share it with the world. She\u2019s the mastermind behind the viral Instagram page Pie Lady Books<\/em>, who\u2019s making the most picture-perfect pies inspired by her favorite novels.<\/p>\n\n\n\nMaking pies was one of Hockersmith\u2019s favorite pastimes long before her creations went viral on Instagram. She\u2019s been making them for over a decade, and going gluten-free inspired her to dig deeper and start experimenting with her go-to pie crust recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\nShe eventually started sharing her creations on Instagram, and something extraordinary happened when she came up with the idea to mix her passion for baking and reading into one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n“It became this huge passion for me that I never saw coming\u2026 There’s certain books that the covers just speaks to me and I think ‘I’ve gotta make this into a pie.
