Baking sourdough bread takes a lot of time, patience, energy\u2014and tons of creativity if Kelsey Piggott is the one baking it. This talented baker from Utah is using her artistic talent to cook up the most stunning sourdough bread that looks too beautiful to eat.\n\n\n\n
Piggott is the mastermind behind the baking brand Three Cats And A Pig, who\u2019s running a cottage bakery in North Salt Lake, Utah. She\u2019s a stay-at-home mom who enjoys mountain biking, playing piano, and growing pumpkins in her free time, in addition to making pretty sourdough bread.\n\n\n\n Piggott started her Instagram page because she wanted to give people ideas for original and creative bread designs once they\u2019ve mastered the basic process of making sourdough. She\u2019s using custom edible wafer paper to take her bread to the next level, in addition to scoring the dough by hand.\n\n\n\n
